Two arrested for possession of stolen property

A father and son were arrested at a Florence Township residence last week on a charge of felony possession of stolen property.
State police said the incident dates to September, when a four-wheel ATV was stolen from a residence in the 17000 block of Banker Street in Florence Township.
On Oct. 20, the victim and a friend posed as prospective buyers, as they were made aware of who had the ATV and that it was for sale. Once the victim identified the four-wheeler as the stolen vehicle, state police were called.
Three Rivers residents James May, 53, and Joseph May, 30, were arrested in the 17000 block of Featherstone Road. They were also charged with violating terms of their parole, police said.
Joseph May’s girlfriend, Heather Teall, 25, of Three Rivers, was on the scene and arrested for an outstanding warrant for felony probation violation.
