New businesses expected in Sturgis

New development is coming to South Centerville Road in Sturgis.
Tractor Supply Company is expected to relocate into a portion of the current Kmart facility and share the remainder of the space with a new Dunham’s Sports.
The move will result in five times more floor space for TSC, compared to its current location, at 1313 S. Centerville Road.
Officials said the two new retailers could be open for business in the spring. Site plans are expected to be submitted to Sturgis Township officials in December.
Meanwhile, Homer residents Karen and Victor Face have closed on the purchase of the former Fawn River Meats property at 27046 E. Fawn River Road. They plan to open their second Biggby Coffee franchise store at the remodeled location in spring 2016.
