Annual event celebrating chocolate returns

The annual Chocolate Affair, organized by World Fare in downtown Three Rivers, will be returning next month.
The event is scheduled from 2 to 4 p.m. Feb. 13 at 37 N. Main St.
World Fare representatives said visitors will have an opportunity to sample the creations of some of the area’s best bakers. Those who choose to cast a vote can purchase tickets for $1 each to make their selection for People’s Choice awards.
Local celebrity judges will decide awards in the categories of Best Presentation and Most Original. Winning bakers will receive prizes up to a $50 gift certificate for World Fare.
