Gunshots fired at Cowboy Up

Sheriff’s officials responded to a report of gunshots fired at a Mendon Township business over the weekend.
According to a department media release, deputies were called at 2 a.m. Sunday to Cowboy Up in Mendon Township.
During their investigation, deputies were told there was an argument between two patrons. The situation escalated to the point where one of the subjects shot eight rounds in the air from a 9-millimeter handgun before fleeing the scene in a newer-model, white Ford F-250 or F-350 Quad Cab diesel.
The truck was last seen westbound on M-60.
Deputies were told the truck had been parked behind the bar near a staging area.
