A number of appointments and reappointments to various boards were made by the St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners this week.
The terms of Jeff Knautz and Steve Houts to the county’s parks and recreation commission were due to expire Dec. 31. Their terms were renewed Tuesday for three more years.
Linda Leensvaart was reappointed to the St. Joseph County 9-1-1 Policy Board for a term that expires at the end of 2018.
Commissioners OK’d the reappointment of Kristina Derovin to a three-year term to the Animal Control Advisory Board. The term concludes Dec. 31, 2019.
Also, one-year terms for 13 people on the St. Joseph County Community Corrections Advisory Board were renewed. The board members are Jeff Middleton, Anthony Callaway, John McDonough, David Griffin, Paul Stutesman, David Tomlinson, Rob Pattison, Gina Wagner, Kitty Buchner, Eddie MacKey, Howard Bush, Tom Miles and Kim Kramer.
