Man arrested in TR on Colorado homicide warrant

A man wanted on an out-of-state warrant for homicide was arrested following an incident this week in Three Rivers.
According to a department media release, troopers were called shortly after 6 p.m. Wednesday to an apartment complex in the 300 block of Middle Street in response to a possible abduction incident.
A vehicle matching the description provided by central dispatch was found in the apartment complex parking lot. Upon further investigation, two male subjects believed to have been involved in the incident were spotted and ran from authorities.
They were taken into custody on a first-floor stairwell. A 19-year-old man from Three Rivers was arrested in addition to another 19-year-old man who gave authorities false information.
He was eventually identified as Gerard Bryant Allison, who was wanted for homicide from a warrant issued by the Colorado Springs Police Department. Both men were taken to the county jail.
