Flossie A. Sawyer, 81, of Constantine, died Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at Riverview Manor Grace Health Care in Three Rivers following an extended illness.
She was born Aug. 2, 1935, in Constantine, the daughter of Eugene and Bernice (Layman) Sawyer and lived in St. Joseph County most of her life.
She was employed at Arch Workshop and enjoyed her family, crafts and country music.
She is survived by two brothers, Kenneth (Gayle Kern) Sawyer of Constantine, Vern (Ann) Sawyer of White Pigeon; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Stewart and Jackie; a sister, Margaret; and a niece, Shandi.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon where services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017. Interment will be in White Pigeon Township Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be directed to the family.
I remember sweet Flossie attending the Nazarene Church in Three Rivers. She always had a ready smile and a hug. Praying for your family right now!
