State police said two Centreville-area girls reported missing Monday morning were found around 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Det./Sgt. Todd Petersen said 13-year-old Kasandra Walter and 12-year-old Elle Schuring were reported missing around 6 a.m. Monday from their residence in the 61000 block of Klinger Lake Road. They were last seen at their home about five hours earlier.

Details about where and how the girls were found were not immediately available.

It marked the second time in a month that the girls had run away from home, authorities said.
