The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department was called over the weekend to Sherman Township, where a farmer reported the theft of copper wire from an irrigation system. A Delaware man whose testimony implicated the estranged husband of Venus Stewart has been released from the St. Joseph County Jail.
