Dedication at Riverside Elementary

A bookshelf and nearly five dozen books were dedicated this week at Riverside Elementary in Constantine in memory of Jodi Parrack. The bookcase was assembled by Dale Wentela’s shop class at Constantine High School and funds to purchase 56 books came from proceeds left from a previous fundraiser. Hundreds support Constantine football team

Hundreds of people gathered Sunday evening at Constantine High School to salute the district’s 2012 football team. Here’s an announcement from Constantine Schools athletic director Mike Messner regarding Friday’s Division 6 state championship game between Constantine and Ithaca. The school district will get to keep 50 cents of every $10 ticket for the game purchased at the high school office. A deep run into the Michigan High School Athletic Association playoffs ended Friday for the Mendon volleyball team.
