GOCC Haunted Forest Begins

Glen Oaks Community College’s Haunted Forest event begins its three-night run tonight.

The all-ages event will include participation from different campus organizations and local agencies. Organizers are suggesting children 12 and under be accompanied by an adult as they make their way through the forest.

In addition to a trail through the haunted woods, scary movies and a barn full of fun, food and games will take place.

The activities take place 6 to 10 p.m. through Saturday.

There is no charge for any of the events, but organizers ask that at least one non-perishable item be donated. All donated items will be turned over to area food banks
