Scholarships Awarded at GOCC

The Glen Oaks Community College Foundation has announced its 2011-12 scholarship award recipients.

This year’s collective award equaled nearly $57,000 to a total of 56 students chosen by a committee for their academic achievements.

In addition, the athletic program received a $25,000 grant to award scholarships to student athletes participating in at least one of the school’s six sports.
