Michigan State Police said a vehicle driven by Ronald Heath crossed the center line on M-60 and collided head-on with a semi-truck driven by 40-year-old Richard Trethwey.

M-60 was closed for several hours after the 9 am crash.

Heath was taken to Three Rivers Health, then airlifted to Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, where he was listed in good condition.
