A 21-year-old Three Rivers man was arrested in Elkhart County after allegedly stealing a car from the Three Rivers Meijer. The theft occurred shortly before 10 p.m. Thursday. Three Rivers and Constantine officers pursued the vehicle on U.S. 131, before the suspect crossed into Indiana.
