The St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners has agreed to provide additional funding to support a proposed trail project designed to run between Three Rivers and Fabius Township. A 10-year-old boy was struck and killed early Sunday near the intersection of U.S. 131 and West Michigan Avenue in Three Rivers.
