Members of the Three Rivers Community Schools Board of Education may have to do some additional budgeting if one or a pair of election-related matters winds up before voters early next year. Community Foundation announces new scholarship

The Three Rivers Area Community Foundation has announced the creation of the Ralph and Phyllis Bence Scholarship Fund. The fund will award a scholarship of $1,000 annually, to be used by the recipient to fund higher education based on academic merit.
