Organizers behind Sunday’s Three Rivers HarmonyFest said they couldn’t have been happier with the turnout for the 20th annual event. Fireworks planned in TR

Officials with the Three Rivers Water Festival have announced the postponed fireworks display will take place in conjunction with the city’s annual Harmony Fest. About 100 people attended the inaugural Three Rivers Harmony Fest chili cook-off and home-brew beer fundraiser Feb. 2.
