Fayevella Schuster, 77

FAYEVELLA SCHUSTER, age 77, of Deming, New Mexico, and a longtime former
Sturgis resident, passed away unexpectedly Friday, October 15, 2010 at
her home.

She was born November 21, 1932 in Sturgis, Michigan a daughter of Harold
and Ruth (Boals) Harker.

Faye had resided in Deming since 1993. Prior to her move to Deming she
had lived her whole life in Sturgis and was a graduate of Sturgis High
School with the class of 1951.

She retired from Sturgis Molded Products in Sturgis following several
years of dedicated employment in the quality control department.

Faye was an active member of the Luna County Ranchettes Association and
had volunteered many hours in the Ranchettes Thrift Store. She enjoyed
attending the First Church of the Nazarene in Deming.

She is survived by two daughters, Barbara (Michael) Carreras of Park
Forest, Illinois and Deborah (Norman) Hakes of White Pigeon, one
granddaughter, Melissa (Ryan) Grant of White Pigeon, two great
grandsons, Cole Grant and Carter Grant, three step-grandchildren and two
step great grandchildren, two half sisters, Nancy Gomes of California
and Linda Reed of Sturgis, one half brother, Terry Harker of Sturgis,
Special Aunt, Naomi Blanchard of Sturgis, several cousins and her loving
4-legged children, Fetchit, Mr. Flo and Pearl.

In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial
service celebrating the life of Fayevella Schuster will be held at a
later date.

The Hackman Family Funeral Homes – Hackman Chapel, 114 S. Nottawa St.,
Sturgis, MI 49091, 269-651-2331 is handling the arrangements.

The family suggests those wishing to make a memorial donation in Mrs.
