Awards for Three Rivers Health employees

Three Rivers Health is happy to announce Rick Boomsliter,
RN, for the Emergency Department and Nathan Atteberry, Analyst, for the
Information System Department have been chosen as the Employees of the
Quarter.
In addition, 79 employees at Three Rivers Health received 115 awards for their
Excellence in Actions.
Rick was nominated by his fellow employees for his compassion and dedication to
the patients he serves in the Emergency Department as well as the assistance and
support he provides to his fellow employees, inside and outside the Emergency
Department.
Nathan was selected for his innovative ideas, professionalism, communication skills,
dependability and his willingness to go the extra mile for anyone who asks.
Rick has been with Three Rivers Health for eight years and Nathan for two years.
Both were chosen for their outstanding actions and service at Three Rivers Health
during the third quarter of 2013.
The Excellence in Action program allows employees, visitors and patients to
nominate an employee for the award based on fi ve categories: Respect, Ownership
and Accountability, Communication, Service and Quality, and Safety Awareness.
A winner is selected from both direct patient care and support staff departments.
The winner is awarded $500.00 as well as a private parking space for 90 days and
one day off with pay.

Chief Executive Offi cer, William Russell.
