Ben Wagner, 64

Benjamin Alan Wagner, 64, died on Thursday, April 27, 2017, at his home in Mendon, following a brief illness.
He was born May 26, 1952, in Sturgis, the first child of Richard and Barbara (Rissman) Wagner.
Ben graduated from Sturgis High School in 1970. He worked primarily as a golf course groundskeeper.
He is survived by a daughter, Amanda (Dane) Matney of Oklahoma; four grandchildren; Christopher, Katie, Kendra and Dale; a sister, Laura Frisbie of Three Rivers; a brother, John (Sharon) Wagner of Vicksburg; a niece; and six nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dick and Barb Wagner; a brother, Michael Wagner; and a brother-in-law, Tom Frisbie.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no services.
