Three Rivers Health – Women’s Services

Three Rivers Women’s Services is located within Three Rivers Health. The office is intended for women only, as they offer care for women throughout their lifespan. This is the only ALL FEMALE OBSTETRICAL AND GYNECOLOGY office in all of southwest Michigan. The specific providers in the office includes: two Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologists; and three Certified Nurse Midwives inclusive of: Amber Nash-Guilford, DO; Jessica Puckett, DO; Janie Allgor, CNM; Ruth Anson, CNM; and Lydia Hartman, CNM.

Services offered includes: low risk obstetrical care; family planning; adolescent gynecology; well woman exams; treatment for abnormal pap smears; colposcopies; venereal disease testing; infertility; breast concerns; heavy and irregular menstrual bleeding; painful periods; pain with intercourse; pessary fittings for pelvic organ prolapse; perimenopause and menopausal conditions.

While these services are all offered, obstetrical care is also available at The Birthing Center at Three Rivers Health. In fact, The Birthing Center has seen an average of 200 births a year over the last five years. Surgical procedures are also done at Three Rivers Health. And, minimally invasive surgery for hysterectomies, tubal ligations, diagnostic laparoscopies, and myomectomies are available too. Other surgical procedures offered includes: LEE0; D&C; ovarian surgery; uterine ablations; and pelvic organ prolapse. Most surgeries are done on an outpatient basis and patients will go home the same day.

Jessica Puckett, DO is a Board Certified OB/GYN. She holds a Doctorate from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also has a Masters in Health Services Administration from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Puckett served an Internship and Residency at Garden City Osteopathic Hospital, Garden City, MI
Amber Nash-Guilford, DO is a Board Certified OB/GYN. She holds a Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Nash-Guilford served an Internship and Residency at Bayfront Medical Center, St. Petersburg, FL.
