Three Rivers Health notified of data security incident

Three Rivers Health was recently notified of a data security incident involving Wolverine Solutions Group, a subcontractor to a vendor the hospital uses for patient billing services. The incident did not involve Three Rivers Health’s electronic medical records or other information systems.

Wolverine Solutions Group is handling the matter directly and is in the process of notifying potentially affected individuals that certain personal or protected health information may have been exposed to unauthorized access. The company has indicated they do not believe any information was extracted from their system or misused in any way. However, out of an abundance of caution, the company is providing free identity protection and credit monitoring resources to affected individuals.

Wolverine Solutions will reportedly be sending notification letters to 8,200 Three Rivers Health patients.

Wolverine Solutions Group has contracted with All Clear ID to handle inquires.  Patients and families with concerns should contact All Clear ID at 877-412-7152.
