Keith Earl Wadsworth, age 89, of Three Rivers, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Bowman Place of Three Rivers. He was born in Centreville on July 30, 1929 the son of the late Lowell and Aletha (Hammond) Wadsworth.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict until his honorable discharge. Upon returning home he was united in marriage to Barbara Elben. They spent forty-nine happy years together before her death in 2003. He was employed at Peterson Springs in Three Rivers until his retirement after thirty six years. He then moved to Florida, where he met and married Leota Aspinhal where they lived for thirty years until her death in 2017.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents; two wives, Barbara and Leota; sister, Uldeen Justice-Henry; brothers, Vernon and Lawrence Wadsworth.
Surviving to cherish his memory are sons, Michael (Marla) Wadsworth of Constantine and Richard (Joan) Wadsworth of Marcellus; four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
The Wadsworth family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for the caring and thoughtfulness of the Bowman Place and Southern Care Hospice staff.
In accordance with Keith’s wishes cremation will be conducted and there will be no public services held at this time.
