Glen Oaks postpones graduation ceremony

Commencement ceremonies scheduled for May 8 at Glen Oaks Community College have been postponed.

College president David Devier said the school recognizes and values the hard work of Glen Oaks students, and commencement is an important part of their college experience.

Devier said the college will be providing further details for graduating students over the next few weeks.

Glen Oaks also will continue online delivery of classes through the end of the winter semester.

For students who are dual-enrolled in Glen Oaks classes at their high schools, the college continues to offer online delivery and will coordinate decisions about resuming face-to-face instruction when schools re-open.
