White Pigeon Food Pantry offers curbside services

Officials from Firm Foundation Ministries have announced that due to the governor’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order, the Building Hope Free Store will be closed for both shopping and donation drop-offs until at least April 30.

Meanwhile, volunteers from White Pigeon Food Pantry said the facility will be open on Wednesdays and also every third Monday for curbside services.

Wednesday hours are 9 to 11 a.m. and third Monday hours are 5:30 to 7 p.m.

White Pigeon Food Pantry serves the residents of White Pigeon and Mottville townships, and food baskets are provided once a month per household.

Updates are available on its Facebook page.

On a side note, the pantry is in need of heavy-duty boxes to put items in.
