Cass County law-enforcement officials arrested a 42-year-old Marcellus man Friday on methamphetamine- and other drug-related charges. Investigators from the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team said Carl Fields III was charged with possession of meth, manufacturing meth, possession of marijuana, manufacturing marijuana, maintaining a drug house, maintaining a lab producing hazardous waste and receiving/concealing stolen property.             A 2000 Dodge 3500 dual-wheel pickup truck was stolen earlier this month from a residence in the 12000 block of Riverside Drive, in White Pigeon Township.             The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department reports the vehicle had four flat tires and had remained in place at least five years.
