A Vicksburg man was hospitalized last week after the motorcycle he was driving struck a car in Cass County’s Newberg Township. Ambulance service in Cass County

Pride Care Ambulance is no longer serving Cass County. Brian Queen, director of Cass County Medical Control Authority, said Pride Care has permanently discontinued emergency and non-emergency ambulance service operations. The city of Sturgis adopted its 2023-24 fiscal year budget recently, as city commissioners are focusing on long-range funding due to increasing expenses.
